The Policy of DLA Farmacêutica is based on the principles of continuous improvement on the basis of periodic evaluation of the system’s risks and opportunities and aims to:

• The satisfaction of relevant stakeholders' needs and expectations, in the provision of logistics services and secondary packaging;
• The return on your shareholders' investment;
• The motivation of employees and their involvement in the Integrated Management System (IMS);
• Compliance with agreements with its suppliers;
• The respect of all its partners and of society in general;
• Ensuring the technological evolution of the organisation, providing safe and healthy working conditions that prevent accidents and damage to workers' health;
• Consult and involve workers in matters relating to health and safety at work;
• The improvement of quality and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management and performance.

The management of DLA Farmacêutica is committed to comply with all legislation, regulations and other requirements applicable to the company, in particular the Good Distribution Practices for human and veterinary medicines, medical devices and others (GDP) and Manufacturing (GMP) as well as with the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001 and ISO45001 standards and the Integrated Management System implemented.
